    3 day split

Hey guys, just looking for a little critique, i workout 3 days a week, mon wed fri, and just wanna know how it is. I have minimal equipment with no access to a gym. I got a barbell, bench, dumbell, and chin up bar. Also can i work out some body parts more then once with this routine? I do quite a bit for each muscle group so just wondering if twice is too much. I cant do legs right now because of an injury.

    Chest/Shoulders

    Bench Press 4x8
    Incline Bench Press 4x8
    Wide grip Pushups 3x15
    Flies 4x8
    Military Press 4x8

    Back/Traps

    Pullups 4x8
    Barbell row 4x8
    Shrugs 4x8
    Upright rows 4x8
    Behind the back shrugs 4x8

    Arms

    Chinups 4x8
    Skullcrushers 4x8
    Tricep extensions 4x8
    Dumbell curls 4x8
    Close grip pushups 3x15

I'm guilty of that sh*t too, waiting for somebody to powder my nuts cuz I did 20 reps of whatever the **** on the bench. Big f*king deal. It is all relative." G Diesel

For chest/shoulders day, you have like 4 chest exercises, and only one specific shoulder workout, so there's too much emphasis on the pecs - personally, I would even it up, like maybe taking out the incline and substituting it with front or lateral raises. Also, I see no specific ab exercises. Otherwise, not bad..
I can accept failure, everyone fails at something. But I can't accept not trying.
I'm not out there sweating for three hours every day just to find out what it feels like to sweat.
