    How much can i bench if i do 70 pushups in a row?

    Yea i do 70 pushups in a row in under 2 minutes with good form.

    I weigh 160 and am 5'10 now. I just don't have access to a gym.

    I benched 180 but it wasn't a real bench press. It was a machine and the weights were connected to it if you know what i mean

    I did 77 in a row 10months ago and my max was like 155 then I was super weak, bp has nothing to do with push ups two different exercises they just work the same muscles
    Lift with perfect form or there is no reason to lift at all

    Almost. OP weighs around 160; in doing a pushup you move ~2/3 of your BW.

    160*(2/3) = 107

    Then plug in 107 for 70 reps into Wendler's 1RM calculator

    (0.033) * (70) * (107) + 107

    idk about 2/3.

    At the lowest position, you are pressing half your bw. at the top you are pressing about 1/3 of bw.

    I would say the average is about 2/5 of your bw

    EDIT: but your weight isnt evenly distributed, so thats not accurate either....

    yea pushups have nothin to do with ur bench max..i do 3x 100 pushups and i max 335, if i were u id get some weights

    I just weighed in at 80kg, my hands on the scales in pushup position (halfway down) said 55kg. That's just under 70% bodyweight.

    Don't listen to the other posters OP, no way you can bench 350 with only 70 pushups. Your max should only be around 265 with 70 pushups. If you want to be able to bench above 300 then I suggest you get your pushups up to about 130.
