I am currently in DEP, but I need roughly $110 a month to keep two bills (credit card + small school bill). DEP might be confusing well just say I leave March 15th for the Military.
I currently workout 5-6 days a week.
Day 1: run + full body workouts (not lifting, but moving with light weight)
Day 2: upper body
Day 3: run + full body workouts (not lifting, but moving with light weight)
Day 4: lower body
Day 5: Day 1: run + full body workouts (not lifting, but moving with light weight) - extra off day if need due to leg workouts
Day 6: Core training including back
Day 7: Always leave a day to take a break since I'm usually out of it by then.
Now with that being said. I can fill you in on my dilemma. I need to raise the money, but with roughly 4-5 months to go I need a way to keep my bills up to date.
I decided plasma would be a good idea. It would be temporary. Is donating plasma fine? Is it like donating blood where you can't workout for 24 hours afterward?
I can go down to 4 days a week since I'll be donating twice a week. $250 for the first 5 times and $65 for every 2 times after that. Is it too good to be true?
Any insight would be nice thank you guys.
