    3.5" is not crazy, but definetly enough for someone who is right on the cusp of dunking. i wonder how they affect running and lateral cutting?

    Ya I'm sure this is the more realistic average. But still, even 1-2" on someone who trains plyos, etc. regularly can be months worth of progress.
