I would like to give a BIG thanks to pwicks83 and the other Beast Sports reps for picking me to log this product.

ABOUT ME:

Weight: 158.0

Height: 5'10

Lifting Experience: Started training seriously in 2007.... havent stopped. I also started training MMA which I do 2-3 times a week.

TRAINING SPLIT:

MONDAY: Chest/Tris/Abs
TUESDAY: Back/Bis
WEDNESDAY: Shoulders/Traps
THURSDAY: Legs
FRIDAY:Bis/Tris/Abs

SUPPLEMENTS:

Beast Sports: Creature
Beast Sports: Predator
Universal: Animal Flex
Universal: Animal Pak
Xtreme Formulations: Ultra Peptide Whey

THE PLAN:

Creature: 2-3 caps post workout

Predator: 6-10 caps pre workout

Animal Flex: 1 pak post workout meal

Animal Pak: 1 pak with dinner

Ultra Peptide Whey: 1 scoop post workout

WATER INTAKE:

1-2 gallons

LAST WORDS:

Ill be giving my 100% honest feedback on this product whether its good or bad. I am not taking anything crazy... just the basics, so I should be able to clearly tell how Predator stacks up to the other pre workout products on the market. Everything is going to stay the same for most of this log.... I am at the point where I can change my workout split but havent decided on a new one... If I do ill make the change clear Ill aso try and get some starting pictures up either friday or monday, theyll be on a camera phone so I apologize in advance!

*NOTE* I am going to play around with the dosing for the first 1-3 days... prolly going to start off with 4 caps of predator and play around with it to see what works.

just took my first dose of Predator... took 4 caps.. popped them open and dumped the powder into a shaker cup with 10oz of powerade zero. mixes really well, taste isnt to bad slight aftertaste. we will see how it goes! off to the gym

lol you cracked the caps open, nice! It's convenient that its capped for when your rushing around you can just pop them in the mouth. But its cool to have the option of cracking it open and using it as powder and mixing it.

COMMENTS

PUMP: legs felt ROCK hard after my workout... have not felt that in awhile!

STRENGTH: I believe in the catolog I got with Predator it says something like " youll just keep sliding on 45's" and thats exactly what happened during my leg presses... All of my sets were done clean with a nice tempo was very pleased.

FOCUS/ENERGY:Threw on the old ipod and went to work... blasted threw my workout with no problem.

SIDE EFFECTS: None. The BA tingles from just 4 caps was pretty awesome though!

OVERALL: Pleased with the first dose of Predator... I think I will continue to break the caps and mix the powder... until Beast Sports comes out with a powder form preworkout that I can log . And plus I broke a PR on the first day! Oh! as for dosing i did 1 cap Creatue/4 caps Predator pre workout and 2 caps creature post workout... still going to play around with it... im thinking 2 pre and 2 post for creature then the 4-10 depending what I need for Predator pre workout

and yeah me too! I think that is what I am going to stick with for the rest of the log. Might up the dose of Predator to 6 but only if needed. Arms today so I'll really be able to tell about the pumps.

COMMENTS

PUMP: I could literally feel my arms swelling up as I was driving to the gym today. after my first set of barbell curls it looked like I had done 4 sets already.. pump was so crazy it hurt

STRENGTH: I think the 3 personal records broken speak for themselves . Every thing I picked up felt light as hell!

ENERGY/FOCUS: I was dialed in the second I stepped onto the gym floor. The energey from Predator is so clean and I havent experienced a crash yet either. Same thing for the focus time just seems to fly by while im doing my thing.

SIDE EFFECTS: None. With some other pre workouts espically the ones that contain that 1,3 stuff I experienced some weird side effects, felt really down and had no motivation to do anything.. and I even read that it caused people to have some sexual side effects which it did for me. So I am happy that I found a pre workout that doesnt cause anything bad to happen! Well not yet anyway

OVERALL:Only the second day and im already LOVING this stuff... I knew Beast Sports had some legit products as I am on my second bottle of Creature and dont see myself switching to a new creatine... But it is also nice to see that it wasnt a one hit wonder product and the rest of their line lacks. I am pretty sure as of now that Predator will be my go to pre workout, I also am interested in trying the BCAA product they have .

Great workout and nice PR's man! You're right about Beast Sports having some good as products, I'm currently logging Super Test and it is truly amazing. I've got some amphetalean samples waiting to try on my cut.

thanks man, yeah digging it so far. Amphetalean is probably the only product i wont be trying... im assuming its a fat loss product ( i havent really looked into it) in which case im already lean enough haha. but supertest could be on the radar down the road.
