    brown or white rice when bulking?

    hi guys,

    is it better to eat white/brown rice when bulking?

    i have really bad bowel problems when eating white rice (extreme diarrhea/constipation) and i love the taste of brown rice.

    Then I would just eat the brown rice and add the calories elsewhere. Don't make yourself sick on something just because it has more calories.

    Wild rice brotha, add some soy sauce and ur on ur way to a nice clean bulk. by the way it's ok to eat soy sauce, it has good benefits throw some pepper on there too.

    I would do a few types of rices, just mix it up if your bulking.

    What kind of white rice are you eating>? Have you tried white basmati rice? American (shorter grain, more starchy maybe), Indian (longer grain, less starchy)

    OMG not another white rice vs brown rice thread.....

    The differences is so minor it just comes down to preference. For me i can eat more white rice in one sitting than brown rice, so for bulking i prefer white rice. Plus not to mention it takes less time to cook and IMO tastes better.
