    Fat loss and Lean Muscle issues

    My diet is a low carb High Protein diet.
    My max calorie intake a day is a 2276(But I usually never hit I usually hit anywhere from 15-18k
    I am 205 lbs 6'0
    I do interval sprints before and after each weight lifting session which consists of about 3 or 4 excercises with 3-4 different triple sets which is 45 reps per set.

    I am noticing my weight loss gain is faster than my lean muscle gain. Do I treat cuttng like Mass gain and eat a gram of protein per pound or what am I doing wrong help me out?

    You're only hitting 2200 calories sometimes? lol.

    Dude I weigh 150 and 2000 kept me at 150. Sounds like you need to eat MORE for muscle gain.
