No I never really lifted before.
The only time I was serious in lifting was when I was 15-16 and worked out with my cousin everyday for 3 months and my bench went from 135 to 250 or so ...
I have always been big my whole life.. in 5th grade I was 212 lbs .. I remember because they had to weigh all of us and that was not a fun day. =/To break down barriers you must ignore limits
