The "scoops" of protein powder are used within a larger context of your TOTAL daily protein intake. So it's very different depending on the individual. As far as timing, pre and post-workout is great.

I don't know if I get what you are saying. Most of your protein should be coming from food, not 5 scoops of protein powder if that is what you are implying. As far as building mass, yes shoot for 1-1.5/gm lb. per lb. bodyweight per day. If you are trying to lose weight shoot for 1 gm per lb. of lean body mass.

You should be taking 1.2-2.0 g of protein to every kg of body weight.

For instance, I am roughly 170 lbs, which means I am 77kg. If I take 2 g of protein for each kg of weight, I should be taking 154 g of protein

I take 1 scoop of Myofusion in the morning, 1 scoop of Myofusion post workout, and 1 scoop of ON Casein Protein before I go to bed.

Each scoop is roughly 25g of protein, that means Im getting almost half of my protein intake from supplements. The rest I get from eating real food - chicken, turkey, other meats, cottage cheese, milk, peanut butter, eggs, and anything else high in protein.
