Check out the macro sticky in the nutrition forum. That will help you out.

Nutirition forum, then scroll down til you see sticky: macronutrients

But forgive me if Im wrong but you sound like you want to do the bare minimum, what you need is motivation consistency, determination, drive.
You may not make it to 100 pounds in 6 months but hey wouldnt 50+ be an accomplishment as well?
Maybe check out the motivation forum.

First I want to say good for you!!! You can do it! Really focus on being HEALTHY and you can achieve anything.

I do want to comment on your time frame. You want to lose 100 lbs in 6 months, is that right? I'm going to tell you to give it a little longer than that (like, twice as long). As you get closer to your goal weight, your weight loss will slow down. Those 10 lb a week losses don't last. I had those, too, in the beginning, but now that I'm almost at my goal weight after losing 104 lbs I'm happy to have a 1-2 lb a week loss.

Btw - what do you mean by lotion?

Did I read that right? You used a lotion that made you lose 1 dress size?

OHHH I get it. You used Cocoa Butter on your skin to help it ease back into shape. I've heard that it can help with stretch marks when used religiously.

Good luck with your journey, but I think you should shoot for a 2lbs/per week loss at most. It will probably come off faster at first because you are starting off at a higher weight...

    Lightbulb

I do not think you could really lose 100 pounds in that short amount of a time. With me back when I was 135 and when I got down to my 92 pounds I stopped eatting- not all together- but I ate like two times a week. I did not do it cause I wanted too. I eat when I my gut says it needs food. After my brain surgery I never could eat the same as I did. Anyhow it took me five months just to lose the 43 pounds. You, may be able to lose 70 pounds though... Good Luck, to you though and best of the wishes
