So far I'm 218, lost 20 pounds over 3 months. Now its seems I'm not losing any more. I do only cardio at the gym, treadmill, elliptical, bike. I just randomly choose how long to go on each one. I always go every other day and try to go every day. I burn anywhere from 400 to 700 calories each day. I try to eat less than 2000 calories and rarely go over. Was wondering if there is a good routine for cardio to folloe and best thing to do food wise. I also at home everyday do push ups, sit ups, and planks at night.
