    Gatorade is $1.00 per serving

Cell-tech is roughly $3.00 per serving

Do you need sugar in a high dose post-workout ?

No need for it unless you're working to complete exhaustion or glycogen depletion (marathon runners, 2 hr long lifting sessions, etc )

I've gotten tired of even trying to explain this to people... broscience dies so hard.

So...what you're saying is...that it's common sense that 70 grams of sugar and 10 grams of creatine may not be necessary?

Sorry man, but the guy at GNC says I need a large enough insulin rush to induce type II diabetes in order for my cells to absorb the creatine.

    CREATINE MONOHYDRATE ftw.

Cell tech is a tub of sugar with..... 30 serving of creatine for $40 (something like that)

When you can get 100 servings of the same thing (monohydrate) for $10-15

EASY CHOICE. They claim that cell tech is a better creatine than any other creatine. They need to stop that marketing bull****. Creatine is creatine! Monohydrate is the best!
    :+)

CellTech gets a bad rap for it's price at GNC and the overhype it gets from GNC. You don't need 70 grams of sugar or any other fast carb postworkout nor do you need to take 10 grams of creatine daily. However, CellTech is still a solid creatine product whether or not you use it postworkout. I actually use it preworkout mixed with my main preworkout supp. 1 scoop or 1/2 a serving of CellTech works just fine. You can find great deals on CellTech and other MuscleTech products right here on bodybuilding.com and lots of other places.

Oh, and MuscleTech isn't the only supp company out there that makes "claims" about their products.
