    Exclamation how many BCAA's to take daily?

    Need to know how many mg's BCAA's a day I should be taking. There doesn't seem to be a daily value percentage, and each company varies in their recommendations. I just bought the ON BCAA 1000 caps with L-leucine 500mg, I-isoleucine 250 mg, and L-valine 250 mg per serving. They recommend I take a serving between meals, and before/after a workout. I eat about 5 times a day, should I be sticking to their directions in regards to taking a serving between all those meals? I also noticed other brands recommend taking a serving DURING workout as well. Should i consider this as well?

    Thoughts? comments? What has worked well for others? Any help is greatly appreciated. thanks
