Long story short, I keep my diet and workout plan very well in check. If I set a cutting or bulking goal I always reach it, however now that I have cut from 178lbs about 15% BF down to 153lbs 10% BF. I want to get those LBS of muscle back without the fat. Was benching 310 before and its 280 now and my strength is pretty maxed out for my size.
I have been eating 1800 cals with 100g carbs or less with the rest being protein and fat. How much should I adjust this? I workout about 4-5 times a week heavy with minimal cardio and space my meals about 3hrs apart. Plenty of vitamins ect.
All of my food every day comes from: chicken, tuna, eggs, turkey, salad, cheese, milk, peanut butter, whey, oats, bananas.
Thanks guys, I have never done a slow clean bulk before. Dont want the fat back.
