Alright, trying this now - Decided not to put too much info here, put enough of that in the old (non keto) log. Dropped 20 lbs the last time in ~ 3 or 4 months so we'll see how this goes.
The plan is to go for this week, then I'll go off ketoing for a week (have other commitments I where I have to eat normal food) then go on it again. Thought of starting the week after but why postpone it?
Hope I got all my info and calculations right to start with. Aiming for 65/30/5 and 1650 cal/days. Starting off at 168lb. Target macros as below:
Fat : 119g
Protein : 124g
Carbs : 20g
