    Suggested Exercise for Pectus Excavatum

    Hi,

I am currently doing workouts with Exercise Bands and really like them.

I would like to do exercise that work out my chest because I have a Pectus Excavatum (hollowed chest. See google or wiki "Pectus Excavatum" for details)

What exercises would you recommend to help hide this abnormality?

    Cheers,
    A

I have it to, you can do breathing exercises, but surgery is only way, you are too old and your rib cage is solid

Can someone help me out here? I am a sad mother. My husband has PE. I have a 6-year-old daughter with very very mild PE now. Can someone help me? I am helpless now. I cant sleep well everynight just due to this. I know PE can grow progressively expecially during puberty. How can i help my daughter start from now to make sure her ribs and bone are perfect in future? I saw exercise is a miracle way to solve this. I don’t mind doing whatever i can.

My husband's PE is quite serious. My daughter is mild. I believe there must be a way for me to prevent it from getting more n more serious!! Does anyone have any testimonial on this whereby swimming or any exercisese have corrected the child's PE in a few years.

Please help. Looking forward to your reply.
