    Whats the ultimate muscle building stack for a 18 year old

    alright this winter during basketball season im gonna try to do what ive tried to do for the past 4 years of high school and thats to get big and ripped. What supplements should i use
    1. Food and lots of it
    2. Some type of weight gainer ( which ones)
    3. Protein ( Syntha-6 maybe?)
    4. creatine ( cell tech possible? or creatine ester idk , cellmass ?)
    5. what about zma's
    6. nitric oxide? any ideas
    what do you guys think whats the ultimate stack money not a issue

    I imagine he also wanted those that reply to the thread to use their heads when responding. Anyways, I'd just go with the basics. Lots of food of course. Creatine, multi, fish oil, pre-workout if necessary, amino acids, and as far as a weight gainer goes, I've always loved Cytogainer.
