Out of these three Optimum Nutrition proteins, which one would you recommend.
Right now I am looking to gain muscle mass without putting on an excess amount of fat.
Lifting 5 days a week (Layne Norton power/hypertrophy)
Cardio 4 days a week (1 hour or so)
trying to hit about 4,000cal a day from good clean sources.
Gold Standard 100% Whey
Thanks for the input guys.

Take my advice with a grain of salt, I am no nutritionist and I don't know a lot about specific proteins. I have taken all 3 of those...I loved each one but to be honest I couldn't tell any difference between the 3 =/. Currently I am just using Gold Standard whey and Casien...seems to be working well for me.
The pro-complex is a blended protein, so I guess youll have a diverse protein for your body. Diversification is rarely a bad thing.
If money isnt an issue, maybe get pro-complex and Platinum. Use the pro-complex throughout the day and before bed and the platinum pre/post workout since its faster digesting.
Best thing to do is probably set all of them next to one another and read the nutritional info. Whichever ones stats align the best with your goals...use that one.
Good luck man!

OP: You will get identical results with all three, except for the caloric differences. You really don't need to over-stress which form of protein you're getting so much, it really won't make much difference. Get the gold standard and save money... or better yet get something like XF Whey which you'll enjoy a lot more and costs the same. Myofusion would work as well and save you a few bucks perhaps.Latest Reviews:
