Out of these three Optimum Nutrition proteins, which one would you recommend.
Right now I am looking to gain muscle mass without putting on an excess amount of fat.
Lifting 5 days a week (Layne Norton power/hypertrophy)
Cardio 4 days a week (1 hour or so)
trying to hit about 4,000cal a day from good clean sources.
