30 days...didn't think I could make this kind of progress
started a new routine and diet and 30 days later here are my results so far:
waist 32.5" to 31.5"
shoulders 47" to 48"
upper chest 39.5" to 40"
chest (across nipples) 40" to 40.5"
arms 14" to 14.25"
did not really train legs due to injury and focus on lagging upper body.
supplements were kept the same as prior to new diet and routine.
They are:
Animal Pak, Animal Pump, Animal Flex, ON 100% Gold Std. Whey, ON BCAA 1000 caps, GNC creadrive (on rest days instead of Pump) and postworkout in shake.
measurements were taken in exact same locations, same time of day, by same trainer.

thanks guys! ya, I never even thought that was possible until I started training with a 62 year old family friend who's been training for over 40 years, he built me a diet that had minimal fat while keeping carbs high and protein high. he also has me on a strict cardio routine, 20 min on the stair stepper after every workout. I only get about 20-30 g fat per day, while keeping my protein at 170 grams + and carbs very high, not sure of an exact number. I also get lots of fiber which is key. he said within a month he is going to have my waist down to 30" if I keep it up, while continuing to add muscle size. he said at the rate I'm going an inch more on my arms will be no prob. by summer, and without any more supps than I'm currently taking. I'll try and get pics up soon.

thanks. and ya, nutrition is def. in check, diet is down to the T and still very edible in my opinion, It has a lot of diversity in food yet it's totally clean. I've learned to love nonfat cottage cheese w/ pineapple and bran cereal is a staple in my breakfast.
edit: made a mistake in shoulder numbers, the change was 46" to 47", not 47" to 48"

Dude I dont wann seem like a dick but that less then my norm. Just give u an idea, 7 months ago I was 33% bf, now I'm 18%. Heres my stat comparison:
Bench 24-15(3X5)
Squat 30-115(3X5)
Military press-20-70(3X5)
Any want adivce for being saved from being "skinny fat" I know. I used to have the worst case of it.

Thats because you were as you stated "skinny fat" you had a LOT of improvement to be made. His improvements are from an already good base.
Looks like your bench went down a few pounds ;D 24-15, eek!

Pics or STFU!
These results are unpossible considering your inherent lack of skippy peanutbutter in your dietary structure. (not JIF goddamnit)
jk, obviously. nice job.
i really think these gains were placebo affect from training in a rat infested gym.
