    can I train for hyper trophy AND strength at the same time?

    Sample routine:

    Monday:Hypertrophy
    Tuesday:Hypertrophy
    Wednesday::Hypertrophy
    Thursdayff
    Friday:Strength
    Sat:Strength
    Sun:Strength



    is there anything wrong with this type of routine?^^:?

    Look up Layne Norton's power/hypertrophy routine. I just started it today. Most of the people on the threads had nothing.but good things to say about it.

    You can, careful with the Layne Norton workout though - it's a lot of volume.
