Good morning muscleheads,
I have just been humbled. I have been using malto in my shakes during my weight gain phase due to acheive extra carbs. Now it says that malto is a complex carb but i have recently heard that is reacts as a simple carb in your body. Who knows anything about this? I would like to hear. And i also did some research on weight gainer and the the old school grinders all say to make your own if possible. so that brings up another question, what is the role of insulin resistance in the body? and there will be no side effects from eating uncooked raw oats correct?
