If you've hit 370 already, I'd be thinking 370-375 at the meet based on how that rep looked maybe even 380.

I emailed Goggins today telling him that I wanted to push pull, I can't walk out or finish a squat for poo right now but pulling feels fine, I would do a token but I am too dumb and if somehow I felt good I would over-do it so I'm try to break 950 push-pull. I'll cheer for you and Jordan during squats. I may have to pay an extra 30 bucks though because I don't see a push-pull option. Should be fun.

Cool so I'll see you there then. It's getting close. I'm hoping to hit 1500 here. My numbers seem to be right in that neighborhood.

I am going to start doing these every single saturday of my life. My son and I will do them together. He can do some 10 lb db's.

We're staying at the Hilton Garden just a few miles away from the meet. We're not getting there until 900-1000 though bc I wasn't able to take off work friday. I was hoping to get down there friday morning and hang out in atlanta for the day but it didn't work out.

I toyed around with them for the first time since the weather broke. I hit fronts and deads like normal but just swapped out trap deads for the walks.
I forgot how awesome they are for the traps/upper back. I was SORE!!!
