515 looked great! Your new stance definitely looks stronger. Don't know if I missed it but what kind of wraps are you using there?

Yep, Crain's. They are a very solid wrap and you can go tight and they don't feel uncomfortable. After wrapping you the first time, you didn't respond to the super tight so, we went with this and you have responded well.

It will get interesting for Jeremy when we get to a weight, finally, that will push him where he can machine gun 6-8 reps. But, I'm for it so long as he is making progress and not hurt. I'll take the baby steps and I had a rant, I thought it was good coaching, this morning about getting hung up on linear progress on a movement that is designed solely as assistance for the flat bench, at least the way we do it.
Yeah, my two word stuff is pretty good...LOL

I think that's where people have gotten derailed on the decline system and thought it wouldn't work or why the decline didn't work for them.
What we do is nothing like a "proper" decline that you would do say for BB. It's not even close. That's why it looks like it's sinking and not locked out. It is only a tool using a multi joint movement to increase pressing power and improve the flat bench-THE END.
There is alot of science and really cool words I can use and it's important but, you don't need all that. Look at Jeremy, look at Thad and look at someone like my son and Melissa Garret. The proof is there. Now, ask Jeremy, who's had chronic issues with his shoulders and such, how he feels.Squat: 1,040

I honestly was most impressed with the trap...it's not a pr but, the authority in which it was pulled and the grip...there was never a doubt and as hard as he's been hammering, his hands are tore all to pieces. No grip issues, 3 singles with 500 after and then form and speed work after.
