    My memory sucks...

I found a program that I want to get started on.. printed it out, ready to go.. But I can't remember the workouts by their name. I know some basic workouts, but some I just can't picture in my head. Does anyone have a chart that I can print out that has the name and a simple picture of the exercise? I just need a picture next to the name for it to ring a bell in my head.. I will get them down after awhile, I'm sure. But I am new to this, and get confused easily.

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

I guess that was a dumb question.. Should have looked for a book somewhere prior to asking.. I was thinking someone might have a few pages that I could just print out. Any book recommendations?

If you know the name of the exercise, just google it.
You'll get a ton of sites up showing you how to do any exercise you can think of.

    Have a blast
bb.com, a place that turned Deadlift into a forearm isolation exercise

and a place where 99% of 21 year olds have bad back and knees.

The problem is that I will forget them when I get to the gym, so I need a picture to refresh my memory. I guess I can save pictures, and make my own chart.
