I have been taking advice from the Keto forum for a while. I have done a week on keto before but decided to 'carb up' using beer and pizza (Massive mistake) then given up.
I truely belive in Keto and can see others coming around to this way of thinking, just today I read an article which does not mention Keto but speaks of the same principles:

This time I am determined to get from 22% Body Fat to under 15% before Christmas and more importantly KEEP IT OFF (I gained a stone last christmas).
So... I started on the 4th of October and took pictures and wil keep taking pic's every week.
