I am ordering a couple gainers but I noticed they have like 50-70 grams of protein and I'm wondering if a lot of it will get wasted by my body.
It makes sense to cut the servings in half to get 25-35 but than I won't get all the calories I want because I use them as my breakfast..
Basically should I drink the whole shake at once or will it just be wasted
