    Ok im ganna be honest with you I dont believe your dumbbell press is 85, I'm 16 and i can only do 60 dumbbell 10x but my bench is 210 10x, and my chest is 1 of my main things i work on cause i love huge pecs. I just dont see how you can do it. and if you can how many sets can u do that or is that for your final set?

    That's good. I can press 70's for reps, and about 160 for reps when i bench more "hypertrophy style" *8-12 reps

    If you can do 165x10 your max bench should be close to 2 plates. Still 85x6 is a lot compared to your bb bench but it is possible. Highly doubt your form though.

    You're either lying about ur age or the amount of weight. I've just turned 15. I've been training for 2 years I weight 127 lbs I;ve always been kind of a light weight. I dumbell press 77lbs (6 reps) I've done bench press once did 80 lbs easily (8 reps). All the people I know do stuff around that more or less....


    soo yea your full of ****. But if your American I know steroids get all around that country.


    just incase I've got the unit wrong (lbs, kg ect.) I;m sorry but other wise I stand by what I said.
