Ok, had an epiphany. Been looking for a new pre WO last few days, but now thinking that maybe I just need to recover my adrenal receptors instead. So, Im looking into Reset AD. How is this best used? Of course, Id love to just add it to my normal regimine without giving anything up(including my pre WO), but Im assuming that's not possible. So, any suggestions for how to best use this product?

I'm about to go through the same thing. I would suggest taking that month off using Reset-AD with a non stim pre workout.

Well I would start cutting back on the stims first. Maybe go to a lower dosed pre workout for a couple weeks before completely eliminating it. I had some serious issues cutting out caffeine before a contest one time that felt almost like withdrawals. The next time I started backing off little by little and that helped out quite a bit! Although Reset AD probably would help, the best thing (and definitely the least money cost) is to discontinue your preworkout loaded with stims. Take 4 weeks off which will somewhat suck, but afterward you'll need way less caffeine to produce the same affect.

Reset AD
It actually says you can take it along with your normal pre on the bottle. I ran a bottle of this 2 weeks with a stimmed pre and 2 weeks without. I didn't feel it did anything for me.

that might be because they know people have a hard time coming off and feel something is better than nothing. I personally think you have to take the time off from stimulants when using reset-ad.

Ha. yea I have no proof that it works just saying I noticed more improvement when not taking stims than when taking it with stims. It very well could have been simply not taking stimulants.

Reset AD
It doesn't make much sense to have to take RESET AD while taking say a 1 month break from stims. I couldn't imagine the RESET would help your adrenal glands more than the break itself.
Like I said, I felt little to nothing testing it out.

This product has done what it claims more-so than any other product i've taken. The best way to take is 3 caps a day for 2 weeks and then 2 caps a day for the next 4 weeks.
Durring the first two weeks, you gotta drop the stims. As a stim junky myself, you'll want to kill yourself everyday but then you start sleeping better and after two weeks when you start again, you'll be high as a kite.

Rhodiola Rosea, Reservratol, and/or Ashgawanda are supposed to assisted in prevention or at least delay of or recovery from adrenal fatigue.
