Straight up, I need to be able to be a dominant force in Rugby, break tackles, smash people, and run the ball well. I am playing for my University team next year so I need to start getting bigger.
Currently: 182 pounds, 5"11, taking EAS mass factor protein, Big legs, average upper body, good speed, average endurance.
Goal: 200 pounds, 6 feet, (any other protein/creatine I should take?), Dominating speed, great endurance, big shoulders and pecs/upper body.
HOW CAN I OBTAIN THESE GOALS?
All help would be much appreciated, please list workouts and things to eat and how I can incorporate running with gaining weight!
