Ok guys I workout 4-5 times a day usually and I see good results ,but now Im cutting for 8 weeks and i want to go 6 times a week and cardio 5 times on low carb diet around 100 to 150.I know my body recovers fast even when I kill it in the gym .Im gonna take bio forge pro max love that stuff,animal cuts best fat burner,fish oil green tea BCAA ,whey,calcium ,multi and probably gonna add glutimane back in my diet .I want to do this so I can burn more fat and just maintain my muscles.before this summer I was doing 2 a day twice a week n worked out for 7 times a week in only 5 days and it felt great amazing results and i even gain muscle on my 18 weeks cut.
monday.cardio on empty stomach than i workout at night, Chest/abs
tues. triceps/biceps/ 30 min cardio
thurs. shoulders/traps/ABS/ basketball
Saturday. Triceps/Back /ABS/rocket ball or cardio
Sunday.My favorite day LEGS i go for like 2 and half hours instance full lower body heavy ass workout.
I'm gonna pull this off .Im 20 so its very easy at my age and im genetically gifted.I want my kids to be genetically gifted cz of me.lol
ok my diet is gonna be around 250-300 protein,carbs 100 on normal days and 150 on leg everything before workout and 50 grams of fats.Im gonna cheat once a week and this is not a log.
