BUILD XS Log: tsliwka, person 101, sushirave, and realize

My goal while using Build XS is to do exactly what is in the name of the product. BUILD! I want to build muscle with minimum fat gains. I have a decent diet. Breakfast usually Oatmeal or eggs. Snack protein shake or protein bar. Lunch Subway on days I go to college off days I eat a cold cut sandwich or chicken breast. Snack Protein bar, fiber bar, or fruit. Dinner yum lean beef, chicken, or steak! plus sides of vegetables. Before bed Protein shake and ZMA. I also take a multi-vitamin. I will post my workout schedule when I recieve Build XS. More to come!!

Diet looks good as well. I'm going to start taking ZMA's and BCAA's as well before bed. Are you taking Higher Power's stuff?

I've been working out for 7 years now. First few years I was into Mountain Bike Championships. 3 years ago, during my last race I had a pretty bad fall that led to very bad neck problems. I was then forced to start working out and I got bitten by the iron bug. Neck has been fine since then. I started working out with a Personnal trainer 2 years ago. I've been working with him once a week and 4 extra days on my own like most people.
Currently trying to add as much quality mass as possible and looking forward to compete in the early 2011's
My goals during my BUILD XS log is to add as much mass as I can. I'll be around 3800-4000kcals a day at 40p/40c/20f.
I'll be using TrueMASS, Syntha-6, BCAA's, Orange triad, Omega's and ZMA.

Day 1 PECS:
- Flat DB Press 4x8
- Pec Dec Inner Flys 4x8
- Incline Smith Bench 4x8 double Press
- Decline Bench 4x8 Double Press
- Incline Push up 4xMax reps
Day 2 BACK:

YES!!!!! It came in today! I cannot wait till tomorrow so I can try it out!
Monday Chest and Arms Incline Bench 185x10 3 sets, Decline Bench 205x10 3 sets, flat bench 225x10 205x10 2 sets. I think I am going to switch to dumbbell bench next week since I have only been doing barbell lately. Seated curls 45x10 3 sets standing barbell curls 85x10 3 sets, hammer curls 50x10 3 sets, preacher curls 75x10 3 sets, tricep pull downs 120x10 3 sets, I also work triceps on a machine 130x10 3 sets and do dumbbell excercises with a 30lb weight behind the head tricep extensions? Unfamiliar with name of the exercise.
Wednesday Shoulder and Lats Seated dumbbell shoulder press 60x10 55x10 2 sets. Shoulder press machine 115x10 3 sets, Dumbbell rasies for lats in front and to sides 25x10 3 sets, Lat Pull down 150x10 3 sets.
Friday Legs and lower back (my squat is weak) 165x10 3 sets, Leg press 400x10 3 sets, leg extensions not sure of weight this is done at the college, lying leg curls same as the last. Straight leg dead lift 185x10 3 sets. Abs are worked Monday and Friday on declined bench 3 sets of 15 with a 25lb weight behind my head then cross crunches with 10lb weight behind head 3 sets of 15.

Can't wait to see these increase! Thanks for the detailed preliminary weights. Do you have these weights on your bodyspace page under "Max Weights"? Will help to keep track with a graph and everything if you don't.

I dont know my max on this stuff. I only have my max bench on there. I workout alone so its hard to find my maxes unless I can convince my lazy friends to go to the gym lol. I will graph them as sets if I can.

I like it in some ways though. I have worked out alone since high school. Shoot in my weight lifting class me and one other guy were the only ones that worked out.

I worked out by myself all through grad school until this appointment. Guy I workout with just finished P90X and is pretty shredded. He's gotten bigger since we started working out together, and me too.
We haven't spotted each other all that much, just the intensity of it and motivation has helped a good deal. Plus, it's nice to have the extra set of hands to go heavier ...
And in your 5 or 10 year reunion, all those meatheads sitting on benches and talking on their cell phones will be envious when you walk in with a tan, trunks, and trophy!

Got to use it today. My workouts have been off all week instead of getting to workout monday, wednesday, and friday this week. I had to do Wednesday, thursday, and friday. I took it about 20 minutes after eating lunch and about 15 minutes before getting to the gym. A few stop lights before I got to the gym I started feeling the tingling sensation beta gives you (which is awesome!) by the time I got in the gym and ready to go it went away. I hit the weights with a lot of focus and aggression (I do not think aggression was caused from Build XS I was just in a bad mood lol). Anyways I was slamming the weights around full focus arms swole up real nice and I was not even working my arms today. Now for the taste. I have the grape flavor. The flavor is great! No chemical taste to it at all. Very nice tasting preworkout.

I know what you mean about the arms, I did back last week and my biceps felt like they were twice as big!
Did you do a full body circuit today, or specific muscle groups? From your schedule it looks like Legs / Lower back ...

The reason I did not go into detail on todays workout is because it was all messed up I only stayed at the gym for about 40 minutes. Things were crazy today so I could not stay to do my workouts. This whole week as been off. But today I did dumbbell rows 85x10 3 sets lat pull down 165x10 3 sets, seated cable rows 155x10 3 sets. That was about it I had to go. Next week everything should be back to normal. So I can go into much more detail and give a better review.
Taste 10/10
Focus 9/10
Strength To early to tell.
Endurance To early to tell
Recovery To early to tell. I felt great after my workout But I am also using whey protein.
Overall Performance 9/10

I got the Mix Berry flavor! Opened the tube and DAT smell mmmm..
Smells and tastes like Fruitopia's berry mix what ever it's called.
I didn't think the taste would be as much pronounced, great thing!
I'll give it a 9+/10 taste since there's no way you can taste the ingredients and the flavor itself tastes great!
Focus, umm I'm always focused in the gym, hard to tell right now...
Felt some little tingling which was alright,
Mixxed perfectly in a basic shaker 
I'm not taking care of the Strength, Endurance, Recovery, Overall Performance for the first few days.
