HOw do tattoo's affect the competitors chances? Is there a limit or cap to the size and quantity of tattoo's on a persons body?

i have a bunch of tattoo's. Can u see any in my avi pic, I have one smack dab on my shoulder too. As long as you're dark enough the judges will barely be able to see them anyway. Dream tan FTW!
