At the APA (American Powerlifting Assocation) I broke both the deadlift and bench world records for my age which is 15, and weight, which was the 165 lb. class. I benched a pretty low 226 which beat the record by one pound, although I was not really training for the bench, I just saw the record was low and went for it, keeping in mind you have to pause the bar on your chest, no football weight room bouncing! My strong point was the 470 deadlift, almost 3 times my weight! I killed the old record of 405. If you have any questions feel free to comment, and PLEASE DO ME A FAVOR AND CHECK OUT THE ADS IN THE YOUTUBE VIDEO. Just click them, and click out, because I make money off them, and need some spare change for stuff like chalk and wrist wraps. Thanks!
I will not answer to trolls on this post, I will simply remove the comment. Only congrats or constructive critism.

Strong as **** bro, but I had to break it to you that is NOT a cross-fed world record, if that's what you thought.
I can't wait 'til I pull 470 man. It's got to be a good feeling.Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=159714881&p=1213186101

i understand, the bench is definitly not a cross fed record, but for the deadlift, I looked at almost all the other feds out there and still seem to have the record, unnofically ofcourse because I did not enter the other feds. And thanks, yeah its a great feeling, you can do it with hard work and motivation. just keep pulling.

World record bench at 226? No. My buddy just did a meet and benched 265 @ 138 at 16. I'm sure a 15 yr old @ 165 could do at least 300

If 225 is the bench press record for a 15 year old then somebody definitely left me out of the loop. I doubt that's the heaviest because there is currently a sophomore on my football team who can hit 315 and he just turned 16 a few months ago. He's a samoan given those ridiculous genetics. I myself was able to hit two plates when I was 15 and I don't consider myself a record breaking lifter so something is wrong here.
