Wow, a bunch of immature kids making men sound dumb. Those comments are quite cringe-worthy. I still did LOL @ the girl who caps lock raged, but pretty fail.

I didn't read any of the FB comments, as a friend of mine posted that picture yesterday. I basically said drunk bishes who have drunk sex and later call it rape ruin it for true rape victims. I've heard 2 first hand accounts of girls who claimed the same guy raped them. Getting more details from these girls (who were friends), they just had super drunk sex with the guy and don't really remember it, so they labeled it "rape" when it was just drunken, slightly coked-up whore sex.
Between that and the infamous Duke Lacrosse case, until I've heard details, I always assume a rape charge is false.America needs fewer laws, not more prisons. – James Bovard

Thought this would come up on the misc.
I posted this **** up yesterday on my ******** saying basically what you guys are saying then of course the women came and started justifying cheating on the boyfriend and saying they were victims.
obviously tl;dr and I was seriously going to write that after a couple exchanges but decided my last response was better cuz i have to ****ing study for ochem midterm.
cliffs of my argument:
-> Chick cheats on boyfriend while drunk
-> Chick accuses other guy of being a rapist
-> Chick has no grounds for doing that since it was initiated
-> Chick fakes being a victim and is a bitch (compared to people that are really raped and are forced into it through violence, bribery, etc--not some bull**** like that)
cliffs of her argument:
-> just because chick goes to party, drinks heavily, dresses skimpy, initiates flirting, and literally or figuratively asks for sex does not mean that the guy is entitled to having sex with her.
Me at the end of the argument:

Wouldn't hold up in court, there was a thread awhile ago about situations like this and it always turned out the same
Both guy and girl drunk and they have sex, it is rape
Guy is drunk, girl is sober, it is rape
Girl is drunk, guy is sober, it is rape
OH and when i say it's rape, it means the guy was the rapist and the girl was the victim.
legally, that's how it plays out, fuking double standards
Society at this point only views women as being the victim--prominently as a result of the recent women's rights movement which is still going today so if you have any other differing views, you're seen as misogynistic.

**** is frustrating
i've been "raped" a few times (sexed or got dome from nades and don't remember a godamn thing)
do i bitch about it? no. it's my ****ing fault for not handling my ****.
i feel like if the girl is conscious she should be held accountable for her actions. if she's knocked out or forced against her will it's horrible and the prick that did it should be put to death. but i hear the rape card get used by women in situations that just make them look bad as a whole, hearing them claim they were taken advantage of or being forced on when they knew damn well what they were doing.
some **** like this happened to me a few years ago. meet bish, has boyfriend. sits on my lap at party, we fool around a bit and then go outside. start hooking up against wall. wall opens up. wall becomes door. dude is pissed cuz some bish is moaning against walldoor. she freaks then leaves claiming her father died and he'd be disappointed in her or some ****. next day claims i was forcing her against her will. i felt like a piece of **** for a good few hours till her friend hits me up saying she saw what went down and the girl was full of ****.
in the end, rape is serious but for so many girls to use it as some excuse to cover their mistakes or free them of guilt ****ing disgusts me.

*I don't know how much longer I can handle these comments.
// Simon has made valid points and you still have addressed none of them.//
