I searched and found old threads on the subject, figured I would renew it. I was thinking that Im getting tired of sausage and bacon for breakfast and cant do eggs. Ive hit a bit of a wall and need to change something up and feel I dont get enough fiber. I know the cereal has carbs, but Dr Connellys book suggests this as a staple for breakfast. Anyone eating this while on keto? I plan to eat it without milk to keep the sugar down...i feel if I still stay under 50g for the rest of the day you can still be in keto...

I would avoid any cereal if I were you.....even fiber-one.
On Keto, carb intake should be from fibrous green veg, not wheat.
You could always skip breakfast completely and call it Intermittent Fasting. ;-)_______________________________________________________________

I dont trust anything that sits on a self in a box for weeks. I try not to use alot of supps either but I really dont see any harm in a Fiber supp. ON is a pretty respectable company and Ive never had any issuses with there products....excet Cookies n' Cream whey, which tasted like shiit...
