    Fiber one ok for keto?

I searched and found old threads on the subject, figured I would renew it. I was thinking that Im getting tired of sausage and bacon for breakfast and cant do eggs. Ive hit a bit of a wall and need to change something up and feel I dont get enough fiber. I know the cereal has carbs, but Dr Connellys book suggests this as a staple for breakfast. Anyone eating this while on keto? I plan to eat it without milk to keep the sugar down...i feel if I still stay under 50g for the rest of the day you can still be in keto...

50g of carb/day is probably too much to stay on keto

Eat green vegetables or avocados for fiber. Or alternatively, take a fiber supplement.

I think after you subtract the fiber from the carbs and dont eat it with milk, its around 10 carbs total....

I would avoid any cereal if I were you.....even fiber-one.

On Keto, carb intake should be from fibrous green veg, not wheat.

You could always skip breakfast completely and call it Intermittent Fasting. ;-)

I agree. Avoid that refined, processed garbage. I dont understand how you can be tired of BACON!? Its the candy bar of meat! The food on keto can be boring after a while, but shiit son it works. Would you rather lose bodyfat or taste good food?

Whats wrong with the taste? I enjoy the taste of my food now way more than any other diet I've tried

How about some cottage cheese with ground flax seeds mixed in for fiber? 1 cup of cottage cheese and 2 tbls of ground flax seeds are under 10g net carbs and 4-5g of fiber.
Plus this will keep you full longer.
