does it really matter when you take creatine?. people say PostWO, preWO, in the morning and before bed? its like asking ten different people and you get 10 diff. answers.
i find before workout works best for me. but what are your opinions on this?
and lastly the crap about dont mix creatine with acidic drinks is not true. our stomach juices are waaay more acidic.
