No. It's a fat burner so if you lose weight it will mostly be fat/water weight that you are losing, not muscle!

you will lost muscle if you do not eat enough.

Eat a deficit to burn fat. Lift heavy!

Diet will get you lean, not a fat burner, tho they could help

    Winner!

Lift big and eat at maintenance if you're worried about it.

This kid is 17. Probably should stay far away from OEP as of right now. Just make sure your diet is spot on right now.

If you keep your protein intake up, and your cals somewhat decent and avoid long cardio sessions sticking to shorter HITT style training, you should be okay. This is where a nutrient partitioner like anabolic pump comes in handy because you can still eat carbs to maintain muscle fullness, but will negate the release of insulin so fat loss will NOT be haulted.

Have you heard of Dicana? Its a non-stim fat burner that increases protein synthesis, so as long as your diet is spot on you can potentially get a nice recomp off of it. Ive used it several times myself and have had great success with it. It even has a money back guarantee!

    Quote:
"Dicana is is a powerful, patent pending, non-stimulating dietary supplement developed to cause extreme body fat loss while sparing muscle tissue. When used as directed Dicana has the ability to raise your Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR, the rate at which your body burns calories at rest) and can dramatically shift the proportion between lean body mass and adipose tissue (fat) in favor of lean body mass. Dicana works by increasing protein synthesis through calorie repartitioning while simultaneously causing an increase in body temperature and oxygen consumption for extreme fat loss without muscle catabolism."
