I am a workout/supplement enthusiast but I'm often on the go. What do you guys use if forced to get a protein shake at a gas station or 7-11?

Only two I've really ever seen are muclse milk and syntha-6 RTD's, and of those two, syntha-6 by a MILE.

Agreed. Feedback on the diet root beer and beef jerky stack has been tremendous - check the logs bro! Whether you're bulking or cutting, you can depend upon the high-quality protein and low-carbohydrate content of diet root beer and beef jerky, and the best part is that it's lactose-free! Gas stations sell muscle milk and other ready to drink protein drinks, but their over priced, your better off just buying a pack of 40 pack of ready to drink protein shakes on the Internet, it will save you alot of money if your going to buy single bottles of them for 4$ on a gas station every day
