I just started my cycle yesterday.
Starting weight: 195
I plan on running 40mg/day for the first few days to see how my blood pressure and everything reacts and then upping to 60mg for the remainder of the cycle, for a total of 3 weeks.
I just took 20mg yesterday to get started, and stupidly already took my 2nd one today thinking I was doing 3 a day.
Preloaded with CEL Cycle Assist and Formestane at half dose for 2 weeks and will be running both all the way through.
PCT: Nolvadex pill form and Reversitol V2, along with CEL's PCT Assist. Still iffy on when I should start my Reversitol (neck and neck with Nolva or wait a couple weeks and start).
Dymatize Super Mass Gainer twice a day as it contains an ungodly amount of carbs, 252g if I remember correctly, along with 1200 cal and 50 some odd grams of protein.
I am hoping to put on some solid mass, at least 10 pounds, and bring out my middle delts, upper pecs, and will be squatting and dead lifting as much as my CNS allows me too.

Day 1
So I decided to just say screw it I have a whole arsenal of side-minimizing supps so I went ahead and took a third dose an hour before I hit the gym.
Weight: 196
All throughout the day I had a full feeling, which I heard is common, so I had to pretty much force feed myself all day and thought I was gonna throw half of it back up half the time. Hopefully this Slin Sane I have will help me digest those carbs a little faster. P.s. does anyone know of a good appetite stim? I know that Black Hole by A.N. and whatever the frick Xero Limits makes are both duds. I wish I could safely stack 120mg of Tren/day with this shiz to boost my appetite!!!
Last night was my chest workout.
I used half a scoop of Hemo Rage cuz I was tired as ever, but all in all went pretty well.
Threw up 95 lb dumbells, 10 pounds heavier than usual for 8 reps a piece on flat DB press for 4x8 reps.
3x10 incline press.
At this point my chest was HIT. Felt pretty good.
4x12 incline flyes with deep stretches
And last but not least I busted out a couple sets of 21's on the cable cross, and help each rep for a 2 count which felt incredible for some reason. I kept getting these surges of anxiety all through my workout, almost to the point where I though I might get sick.
I had that feeling all day and I'm noticing it today too although not as bad as yesterday. I'm guessing this is the first sign of the alpha one working??
Hopefully it gets a little more under control, but hopefully doesn't go away because I kinda like it!
Legs today. I will keep you posted.
Brought half a scoop of Dark Rage in case I lose motivation before gym time.
Final note. I need to drink more water...Get heavy!

My source fell through! Not happy about paying for nolva and not getting it. Sent about ten emails and still waiting for one reply. Guess I should probably consider a new source asap so I will have it ready for me. First time this has happened to me and I'm not happy about it!!!! Maybe somebody out there has some information for me...reliable information.

Day 2
Well last night was shoulders instead of legs. The motivation wasn't there. Felt pretty strong on shoulders though.
Did 4x10 seated DB press.
3x12 standing side raises supersetted with bent over side raises.
3x12-15 seated overhead cable cross for the rear delts.
3x12 standing barbell shrugs and burnt out the last set.
Maybe it was the dark rage but I felt like SH!T.
Weight: 196.
The anxious feeling has kind of died off now thankfully and the appetite still just isn't there.

Day 3
Slept way too long, but I tried to scarf down all my calories still.
Weight: 196.
Bi's and tri's day I'll keep it short and sweet I did 4 bicep workouts and supersetted then all with triceps, then at the end of my workout I did some high cablecross curls and forearm wrist curls.
Pump was very nice and motivation up.

Day 5
Weighed in at 201 last night boys. I'm going to attribute a pound or so to water weight. I'm pretty pumped because I didn't really eat that well on my two off days so I think the weight gain is starting to be pretty solid.
I went Toney Freeman on my back last night haha. Felt good. Ate close to 5000 calories.
I know I've said it before but I'm DEFINITELY hitting legs today.Get heavy!

Weight: 202.5
Today was chest day. I went to do flat barbell bench press and the weight I start with and got 8 reps out last time with I pumped out twelve today. Felt very strong. Pump was pretty damn good.
I think the Slin Sane is doing its job. It says take once a day but I take it before my second breakfast and before my pre workout meal and I end up hungry again an hour later.
Blood pressure leveled out before I got into the gym, but there is no doubt its high. I got rid of an ingrown hair on my face from shaving and it bled for like ten minutes. All good though!Get heavy!

Thanks. I highly recommend it so far! Basically a pound a day? That's pretty damn good.
Today I did bi's and tri's.
I curled 55's today standing for 10, that's 10 pounds up from pre-cycle.
I wanted to see how my close grip bench progressed but unfortunately some dude was on the only smith machine in there the whole time I was there doing shrugs with a sh!t ton of weight but I couldn't even tell if he was completing a rep he was doin it so gay. I wanted to backhand him so bad haha.
Anyways. No weigh in today. I think I'm gonna start doing it every other workout so it's like a surprise to me when I step on. This will keep me motivated to not slack on my diet too I think

Shoulders today.
My shoulder barbell press was up ten pounds but I did 3 sets instead of 4 cuz my shoulder didn't feel right.
Followed up with 4 sets of side raises and bent over raises, shrugs, and ended with 2x20 shoulder bombs and got a damn good pump.
My body is starting to look a lot fuller. Wish I would have gotten some good before pictures up. Lookin a lot wider in the shoulders and thicker in the back, noticing some more striations in my chest. My woman is crazy and since she's the only one I see lately thanks to too much ovetime I can't get anyone else to take some pictures for me, and she won't do it cuz well like I said she's crazy.Get heavy!

Day 11
Weight: no weigh in today.
Did back last night. I only had half an hour so I did burnouts, supersetting my heavy bar movements with cables.
still really no noticeable sides, unless deeper sleep on my off days counts.
Some advice if you're considering alpha one, don't double up on your dose if you sleep in and miss a dose. I ended up with red splotches all over me after my workout, undoubtedly a sign of hightened BP.
I'm down to my last 10 doses so I think I may start doing full body workouts 3 times a week now.Get heavy!

On a side note, I caught my pinky toe on a chair in my kitchen last night and popped it out of place at about a 90 degree angle. Can't walk on my foot anymore. Looks like no more legs workouts for a little while...sucks!
But I will play around with the smith machine and leg press and see if there's anything I can do still.Get heavy!
