    Deadlifts. Detrimental?

I want to incoporate deadlifts into my leg day as it looks like a solid exercise. However I am slightly worried about something.

Say the day before I did arms so they are tired/torn etc. Doing deadlifts is going to use my arms alot, so wont that hinder the recovery process for my arms since I am using them again?

    Thanks.

I wouldn't add Deadlifts on the average leg day. Doing Squats and Deadlifts can be pretty taxing. I would do Deadlifts on your back day. Also I wouldn't do arms the day before Deadlifts.

Arms have very little role in deadlifts. Grip is taxed, but bis and tris.. Not so much.

You'll likely have a hard time doing deads and squats on the same day if you do either with any intensity.
