This contest is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age and older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, directors and officers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), including their respective household members, of ErgoGenix (Sponsor) or Bodybuilding.com (Promoter), and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated and related entities and are not eligible to enter ("Contestant"). Contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws.

dot Contest Period & Description: dot

Contest registration begins at 12:00:01 AM Mountain Time on October 8, 2010 and ends 11:59:59 PM Mountain Time on November 30, 2010 (the "Entry Period"). Once registered, Contestants may immediately start their transformation, for the exact length of ninety (90) days. The final contest end date for this 90-day challenge (for a Contestant who registered on the last day of the entry period) is February 28, 2011.

Starting on March 1, 2011, Sponsor, ErgoGenix, will review the transformation logs in the Bodybuilding.com forums, and choose the top twenty (20) transformations based upon the most dramatic visible changes demonstrated in the Contestants' "before" and "after" photos. The top twenty (20) will comprise of one (1) 1st place male and one (1) 1st place female winner, and also one (1) each of 2nd through 10th place winners for both the male and female categories.

To be eligible, the Contestants must:

1) Register on Bodybuilding.com between the dates of October 8, 2010 and November 30, 2010.

2) Create a thread on the Bodybuilding.com forums where their dated "before" photos and statistics, as well as updates and dated "after" photos and statistics ("Images") will be posted when Contestants transformation is complete. A link to the individual threads should be posted in the official Quantum Body Method Transformation Contest forum thread: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=127793633

The winner will be chosen on or around March 15, 2011 from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. 1st Place winners will be notified and confirmed by electronic mail and/or U.S. Priority mail on or before March 30, 2011.

Winners will be required to complete and execute an affidavit, release, and prize acceptance agreement within seven (7) days of notification attempt. Non-compliance within this time frame for any reason whatsoever or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable will result in the contestant being disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY.

dot Judging and Selection of Winners: dot

All entries will be judged by 5 qualified judges, to be chosen by Sponsor, in its discretion and will consist of employees of Sponsor. The winners of the winners will be selected by the judges based upon the following criteria, in the judge's sole discretion: (a) best body definition and physical attributes (50%), (b) ability to achieve goals (based on description submitted by Contestant at the end of the Contest, including, without limitation Contestant will achieve their goals and how the Contestant will motivate others) (50%). The judges' decisions are final and binding in all respects relating to the Contest.

By entering the Contest, contestant agrees to comply with and be bound by these Rules & Regulations. Failure to comply with these Rules & Regulations may result in disqualification from the Contest. Contestant further agrees to comply with and be bound by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects.

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any contestant it finds to be: (1) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; (2) violating the Rules & Regulations; or (3) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

Any false information provided within the context of the Contest by any contestant concerning identity, personal information, false or altered photographs, postal address, ownership of images or other rights related to the Rules & Regulations may result in the immediate elimination of a contestant from the Contest.

Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it believes in its sole and unfettered discretion infringes upon any law or otherwise does not comply with these Rules & Regulations.

Any personal information that the winner or Contestant submits in connection with the Contest will be collected and used by the Sponsor and/or Promoter and its authorized agents to administer the Contest and to award prizes. Contestant's personal information may also be used to send additional information about Sponsor, Promoter, Sponsor and Promoter's affiliates and licensees, and each of their respective products and programs via electronic and ordinary mail.

Except as set forth herein, a Contestant's personal information will not be used for any other purpose and will not be shared with anyone else unless required by law. Use of Images, Entry Form Information, and other Contest submissions: By submitting the Images and entering in the Contest, you consent to Sponsor and Promoter's use the Images by Sponsor and Promoter, including, without limitation on Promoter's website and associated or otherwise affiliated websites.

Contestant represents and warrants that they have all rights to the Images and all materials submitted in connection with the Contest. Contestant grants a perpetual, royalty free, non exclusive license of the Images and anything submitted in connection with the Contest to Sponsor and Promoter.

If the Images are anything other than personal snapshots or if they include any copyright notice, Contestant will be required to demonstrate to Promoter that the copyright holder(s) has granted you the right to allow Promoter to reproduce and publish the photographs, which Promoter will decide, in its sole discretion, based upon its review of the information that you provide.

Contestant is responsible for any financial reimbursement to the original copyright holder for the rights to publish the Images as provided herein; Promoter will not be responsible for any such payment, and will not be held under any obligation to publish a photo credit to the original copyright holder for the publication of an image.

Contestant agrees to hold Sponsor and Promoter harmless, defend, and indemnify Sponsor and Promoter from any and all liabilities, loss, claims, or causes of actions, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses that may be incurred by Sponsor, arising out of or relating to Contestant's breach of any representation or warranty, or any other violation of these Rules & Regulations.

By participating in this Contest, you agree and hereby grant Sponsor and Promoter permission to use, copy, modify and make available your Images, information, and any other Contest submissions to the public (with or without attribution to you) for any purpose, such as, but not limited to, press and media communications, without further compensation to you.

Sponsor and Promoter are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error, technical malfunction, failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, access providers, or software, including any injury or damage to Contestant's or any other persons' computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Contest; inability to access the entry website or any pages thereof; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; entry submissions that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete, garbled, or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website.

Proof of entering information at website is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. All dates set forth in these Rules & Regulations are approximate. It is a great workout for women as well - high volume low weight - great for toning muscle and burning bodyfat.

The workouts are not a requirement of the contest, but the winner will get to train with Robert and be in a future video
