has anyone stacked assault and shred matrix? if so, how do you dose them? i am an early morning lifter, get up at 4:30 and work out at 5 on an empty stomach usually. for the past month or so i have been taking assault upon waking and really like it. i wanted to add shred matrix to help cut some fat. thanks in advance for any input

This...the first few times I would take Shred on an empty stomach in the morning before my cardio I would get some sensitivity, but after a short while of merely adjusting some food intake and then easing off onto just an empty stomach I was fine and able to get the full benefits from Shred.
