    Eating real food instead of protein shake for PWO - Better or worse?

    ppl say u should take ur protein shake after workout becuz the muscles will absorb liquid much faster than real foods. i dont feel like drinking a shake for pwo though what if i want to eat a protein bar or something would it still be good or would the shake be better
