    Does the 20-Rep Squat program really work?

    I came across this article

    and it claims you can add 10-15 lbs in 6 weeks. Anyone ever tried this?
    I think I may give it a go for a few weeks and see how it goes.

    u cant only take suppliments to get big, they help. alot. if u know how to take them. BUT ITS CALLED RED MEAT SON!!!

    when i was on my 5,3,1 program i did a set of 20 squats after my 3 sets of heavy squats and in a ciuple of months i went from 330 squat to 400.

    Well that's what it's claiming, I'm interested in if thats actually true or not.

    Does anyone know if this program gives any size to the upper body aswell? Or is it mainly legs?
