I came across this article
and it claims you can add 10-15 lbs in 6 weeks. Anyone ever tried this?
I think I may give it a go for a few weeks and see how it goes.

if u do it post ur results, im curios nowu cant only take suppliments to get big, they help. alot. if u know how to take them. BUT ITS CALLED RED MEAT SON!!!
