Most of my forearm workout comes from heavy shrugs, rack pulls, and deadlifts. Sometimes I'll do farmers walk at the end of a trap workout just to burn out the forearms a little bit more, but I've never really done any direct forearm work like wrist curls.
ya my upper arm has gotten about 2 inches bigger over this past year also.

Yeah but... When I do regular exercises, I don't usually twist my wrists therefore causing the forearm to be stretched/worked out. However I do feel them get bigger since I have been doing direct forearm work outs.
I know it could cause some sort of pop-eye look maybe? But my wrists/forearms are pretty small in the first place so I'm playing catch up with people who have good forearm genetics probably.
