Thank you and yes I do plan on getting shredded as **** soon. Got caught up in different dieting methods and I'm just gonna stick with what I know. Low carb diet, moderate fat, high protein, intense ass training and cardio everyday. And I'll have a rigorous carb up process to fill it all back out again... and it's a diff game than natty shows

at the gyms I've gone to, most non natties had 4-5 years of natty training under their belt. Depends on location
edit: I meant super cut jeff, in his newest video he's bulking and definitely has added some koala tea mass
