Phil Heath is going down in 2020. The guy has great shape but proclaiming you'll take down one of the most dominant Mr.Olympias in history when you're 50 lb short of the mark is a little presumptuous with dragging legs. Guy looks like he's just over the classic physique mark. The fact that he's not American is also a liability.
