This morning I went down to gym and after three workouts I started to feel sick. I reckon it is because I had breakfast. I had two small pieces of steak, four eggs and two banana's. I waited an hour before I went down so I could digest the food, but i still felt sick.
Age's ago I when I was like 15 I tried it with no breakfast and I still got sick, what do I do?

You should definately be having breakfast, so if your thinking about NOT having a meal before you lift, mistake!
You had way to much to eat, and didn't eat enough of what you should be be eating.
I'm in agreement with the guys above me, you want fast carbs to wake your body up and some long lasting grain carbs to keep you going through your workout.
(Protein is always good too lol)
