4 WEEK REVIEW "BLUE GROWTH" by CONTROLLED LABS

SLEEP
I have been a tosser and turner for many years and have tried several different sleeping supplements for good nights sleep. On the second night of BLUE GROWTH I was falling asleep with ease and having a deeper sleep than I have had in a very long time. I tossed and turned slightly still, but it was a short period and then I would be right back to sleep. I would wake up every morning whether it was 6 or 8 hour's of sleep clear headed and ready to go. I could jump right up and get going with a smile...lol!

RECOVERY
I was doing 7 lifts in 5 days and trying to push as much weight as I could for every lift. There are several body parts I would hit 3 times a week, I basically tried to punish my body and I did. I would wake up sore, but by mid day I would begin to feel 90% better each and every day. During my 4th week I was still having gains yet I would wake up with very little sorness, so IMO BLUE GROWTH's just get better and better with every week.

I will say that this was the most weight I have ever done in a 4 week period. I can 100% say that BLUE GROWTH was a major part in my strength gains. I have been using M5 for almost 2 years and BG was the only addition to this 4 weeks.

SKIN
I was not sure what to expect in this category and still not 100% sure. I can say that I have had some loose skin in my neck area since I lost most of my weight. I have noticed that it has tightened up! I would not feel comfortable rating this category.

BLUE GROWTH with the combination of proper nutrition and a good program will help you achieve goals. I set out to gain as much lean mass I could in a 4 week period and I would say mission accomplished.

I will continue to run BG for another 4 weeks and will be adding BLUE GENE and GREEN MAG. Started both product today and will start my 1st lift on MONDAY .

I forgot to mention about overall health on BLUE GROWTH. During this 4 week period I pushed my body to its limit which can put stress on your immune system. My wife and daughter both became sick during this cycle, which I did not All I can add is when my daughter gets sick I almost always do also.
